We really enjoyed this Labor Day weekend.....at Granny's house. We had a lot of fun just playing and being with family. The kids are really fun to watch together and as usual Maddie was the center of attention getting lots of kisses and love from everyone. One of my favorite memories from this weekend was when Jeffrey and I had to run up to the mall to get a bit of Hog gear for the game and we took just Abbie. It was fun getting her all to ourselves! We let her ride the rides and bought her a snow cone and it made us both feel good that she was so comfortable with us! Later Tyler and Jeffrey went to the game (Tyler's first football game and first Razorback game) and they had a blast! Tyler loved the jet's flying over, the marching band that covered the whole field, watching the team come out and calling the Hog's!! He is ready to go back....I'm so happy that both of my boy's are Hog fans!

I love how Maddie would just stare and smile at Granny all weekend.

What sweet angels! Devin was making sure Maddie didn't fall out and how sweet is Abbie striking a pose on her tippy toes!?

I like this picture because it captures them just chillin'.

The firehouse is across the street from Granny and Grandpa's church and I just had to get this picture. Tyler was a bit nervous. But he loved looking at the fireman pole and their fire gear.

Go Hogs Go!!

Lil' Razorbacks.

Pookie was SO embarrassed to have his jersey on but Tyler thought it was the coolest thing ever.

This was a moment (you had to be there) on the way back from the firehouse we spotted this caterpillar and only one was brave enough to touch it!

We celebrated my birthday while I was there, Devin and Tyler baked me a cake and Mom told us there was lots of added sugar. Can anyone guess why? Later on everyone was in the back and Tyler comes running to us and says, "Granny hurry come see this!" So we all follow him to the kitchen where Devin has pushed up a chair to the kitchen sink to find the mixing bowl to lick. Granny yelled, "Devin James!" to which Tyler looses his breath from laughing so hard. Boys will be boys.
